- **Water Heater Flush — $75**: Complete tank drain and sediment flush, anode rod inspection, temperature and pressure check, and free whole-home water quality test. Takes about one hour. Arizona's hard water causes sediment to build up faster than anywhere in the country, reducing water heater lifespan from 15 years to 7–10.
- **Whole-Home Water Softener & Reverse Osmosis System — $2,695 installed**: Full water softener plus reverse osmosis drinking tap, installed by a licensed plumber. Includes plumbing inspection, system walkthrough, and manufacturer warranty. Reduces TDS at the drinking tap from ~428 PPM to ~38 PPM.
