These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clearline Water website and services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Clearline Water provides residential water treatment services in the Phoenix metropolitan area, including water heater flushes, water softener system installations, and reverse osmosis system installations. All installations are performed by licensed plumbing contractors.
Submitting a form on our website is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when a member of our team contacts you and a date and time are agreed upon. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 hours during business hours.
Prices listed on our website are subject to change. The $75 water heater flush price applies to standard residential tank water heaters. Additional charges may apply for tankless water heaters, commercial units, or heaters requiring special access. Whole-home system pricing may vary based on the size of your home, plumbing configuration, and specific equipment selected. A final price will always be provided and agreed upon before any work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Water treatment equipment installed by Clearline Water is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and will be provided at the time of installation. Installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of service. Warranty claims should be directed to us and we will coordinate with the manufacturer as needed.
Clearline Water is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
